exercise and weight training, what are the sacrifices that
one must face to achieve great results?
Thomas - Great question! When it comes to focusing on
your goals and training regimen, there will be many
sacrifices such as passing up on gatherings with friends
and family, being disciplined enough to not fall into the
trap of satisfying your favorite food cravings, social events
